we are working on labor day and found out that it is not time and a half. last holiday 4th of july we got off but we thought we were gonna get paid for it...what does the law say about that?

Are you serious? No, this is not slavery. Nobody is holding to gun to your head to go to work today.

When I was in college I worked at a Supermarket, and got paid TRIPLE time to work Christmas Day. I was excstatic!
