a question on the caribbean peoples? please help?

In order to achieve their goals Caribbean Peoples MUST leave the region and settle in more developed countries

I disagree, however it happens quite often for it takes longer to achieve certain goals in the Carribbean and some do not wait the period it will take so they leave and go where they are able to do so faster. It is sad but true.
