Some advice ... before you get involved in an MLM, make sure the person who tries to recruit you can prove the amount of money they tell you they're making. Get them to send you copies of last year's tax return.

Yes. Become a police officer or firefighter in the San Francisco Bay Area, especially in Hayward, CA. After a year or two, you will be making $100,000 a year, and you don't even need a college degree. Also, public school teachers in this area can make $80,000 a year or more, but this is after quite a few years on the job.

There are very few jobs that would start there unless you're taking your Harvard degree, with honors, to a high-powered job in NYC.
Other than that, depends on what job you have. Many jobs would get you there eventually - most would require significant education as well as hard work, skill and talent.
Some sales jobs can make that much and more if you're really good at it.

If you're good in sales, have a great network of people, then this is achievable. However, if this were the case, you probably would already be doing so.
Barring this, find out what your strength is and seek out people with that skill set who are successful and ask to apprentice with them.
