i need to set timing on a 1991 geo prizm 16 valve efi 1.6 liter but i don't know how to set timing how do i do so?

You may be able to find a real cheap engine manual at E-Bay. You can try miss spelling the name of the manual when you search and you might get it for free.

There would be 4 cylinders in that engine. The L4 means a In-Line 4. And most cylinders have 2 valves. And intake and an exhaust. If you divide 16 by 4 what do ya get.

library doesn't "loan" repair manuals you can copy relevent pages to take home or quit being cheap and buy one at parts house for 20 bucks.
