me and my friend were skateboarding on our lunch break and then out of nowhere he just fell head first on the concrete...i wanna take him to hospital but he said its no big deal and that hes not paying $1000 just for nothing....but he cant stay at work cuz hes messing things up...he keeps forgetting things and putting stuff in the wrong places...but hes stubborn and still wants to keep working..what should i do???should i take him to the hospital anyway??

Sounds like a threshold concussion. Possibly with some pressure building in the brain.
The thing about concussions is that the damage isn't always easy to discern. A simple bonk on the head results in the building of pressure of the cerebrospinal fluid... the pressure is what is deadly.
YES... haul his fanny in to the hospital!
