Why would my car, occasionally, slip out of gear in high gear?

Pnce in awhile my car simply slips out of gear when in high. Usually this is after driving, and bringing the engine and transmission to full temperature. It does not happen often and, when placed back into high, stays there. Only a once in awhile thing. Anyone know what the deal is?

It could be a bad high gear syncro.
