Yes, he is and he is finally going to go to trial for it. He videotaped himself having sex, and urinating, on a 14 year old girl. He has had numerous sexual encounters with girls that are 13, 14, etc. I know that a girl can dress up and look older, but a grown man should know the difference.

I don't think we will ever know for sure. He certainly has been accused of it. He was told to avoid being around Michael Jackson back in 2004 while he was awaiting child pornography charges. I do not know if he has gone to court yet on molestation charges or the porn charges.

He is facing multiple charges saying so. My daughter knows his brother. His brother claims that R. Kelly bribed him to take the fall. He actually said it was his brother and not him. But they found tapes so he is in trouble. In one of them he is peeing on a 13 yr old girl. I would say he is one sick puppy!

a few years ago, he was accused of having sex with an underage girl....not only did he have sex with her, but he urinated on her and filmed it. you obviously must be young because most older ppl know about this already. he claimed that girl appeared to be older than 17. again, the older ppl know how r kelly is because back in mid 90's the upcoming singer aaliyah was married to him, and she was only 14 at the time, but the marriage was annulled due to her age.
