The only time in history the triple crown was won by two players was 1933.In the American league it was Jimmie Foxx of Philadelphia and the National League it was Chuck Klein, also of Philadelphia. The last player to win the triple crown was Carl Yastrzemski of the Red Sox in 1967.

I thought the Triple Crown was applied to horses. And there can only be one in any year.
