Yes, these are correct, assuming you have only been asked to diagram electrons per shell. The third level of oxygen includes s and p subshells, but you may not have been asked for that.

what is going on
why do people keep confusing biology with chemistry?
its a disturbing inditement of our education systems that the students dont even KNOW which subject they are studying
