downloading a rom?

i have visual boy advance but for some reason i cant get a rom, any rom to download to my visual boy advance so i can play it on there
could someone give me a step by step on how to download a rom onto my visual boy advance

1. Download a ROM from http://www.dgemu.com/index.html
2. Open it with the emulator. It's that easy.
3. Play!!!
