btw i tried water but it sorta changed the color of the whiteness and like didnt help at all

get a mr clean magic eraser. the heavier duty ones. they get scuffs out of almost anything.

You do not say what kind of black stain? I have had white shoes, similar to what you are showing, and water did make things worse. I would suggest something like the White Out for correcting typing errors. or perhaps even some white nail polish to cover the black stain. If the stain is not to large even dabbing some white paint over it may solve your problem . Good Luck

I use toothpaste to clean my shoes, the whitening stuff. It works pretty good actually.
