You need to give more details.
While it is possible, in RARE situations, to separate from your parents -- it is not common or simple.
Most of the time, kids just want some freedom that their parents aren't giving them -- and usually their parents are in the right.
Someday (less than 18 years, and more than likely less than 5) you will be old enough to be out on your own. Then you can move out and live. Until them, work hard, listen to your parents, and start planning for the day -- what are you going to do to make money? How are you going to live? All of those things need to be thought of first.

If you are talking about becoming an emancipated minor A LOT more detail will be needed (age, state you live in, reason why you want to be emancipated, etc.). It is generally not an easy process, and it's not the answer if you're simply mad because of an argument with your parents or something. This is for if there are real, SERIOUS, issues going on in your home. It has to be bad enough that you're willing to live independently and support yourself financially while still going to school. Until we know more a good place to start would be the website for your state's family court. Good luck!
Edit: Just realized you might be saying you want your parents to divorce each other. It can be miserable living with parents who are always fighting, but unless there is abuse going on you just have to deal with it a few more years until you can move out. It's their marriage, not yours. Just try to find healthy ways to be out of the house as much as possible like a sports team or club at school.

You can't divorce your parents but you CAN become emancipated. You will have to PROVE to the court that you can manage totally on your own. You will be responsible for paying for a roof over you head. You will be responsible for all of the bills, you will be responsible for your medical and dental as well as any insurance you can get. You will of course have to have a job that can pay for everything, keep in mind that most employers do not hire under 18 for full time positions so you will probably have to get two part time jobs to pay for everything. IF you can prove you can be responsible for everything then you can become emancipated. Keep in mind that once you do your parents are no longer responsible Nor are the liable for you. You are own your own, and even if you WANT to move back home your parents will have the right to say NO.

You really should think about that for along time. I thought i wanted the same thing. Im 20 now and i still live around the corner from my mom and im married. it would be impossible to up and leave her now. even though i thought i wanted to a few years ago. things still get rough but i have learned to deal with it. my husband too. just sit and talk with them and let them know you are an adult now and you need your space. tell them that you may still need to talk to them but to back off a little so you can be you own woman.

You need to talk to a counsler.
Or try talking to your grandparents. They have lived longer and should be wiser.
It could boil down to growing pains, or you could have a very serious problem going on, but with your fague question, its really hard to answer.
Good luck

well, could you explain why you want them divorced? There has to be a reason behind this rather huge wish of yours.
