Do you have love-bugs?? You know, those icky black bugs that fly around with their butts stuck together? I walked outside for two minutes and got attacked by love-bugs.

You know Langlang we don't have too many of them up here unless there is a hurricane blowing. Then we get some. That's kind of odd! Right?
But I sure know what you are talking about. When we go visit my brother and his family in Alexandria our car gets covered. Nasty!!! (they have to stick together, just their mating time)

I live in Louisiana too, in Thibodaux. Seems like those love bugs pay a yearly visit flying around and copulating at the same time. It's shameful! What do they think this is, the mile high club. Seriously, I haven't seen any this year as yet. They seem to be attracted to white. When they really get bad you will notice there are more of them around a white car.

Am in Australia, and cannot say I have ever seen them. Little icky black bugs...yes..but not with their butts stuck together.

No love bugs in Kentucky. We were in Florida one year when the love bugs were out.
