In Ohio you can be any age, but you may not be able to get checks to go alone with that account. So, it definitely depends upon where you live, also. . . there are prepaid credit cards available now, you buy the credit card and then you have a credit card that you can reload, It is like having a checking account without the bank. good luck

At 15, you would not be able to get a credit card to begin with. Most debit card accounts require a checking account, and since you are not an adult you will still need to have a parent's consent to open up such an account. No bank is going to let a kid open up an account on their own.

Debit cards come with checking accounts. You might be able to get a checking account if you are under 18 but may need your parent's signature.

Check with your bank.

I got mine at 18. I'm in PA. I think you can get a card younger, but your parents have to own the account, I think.

I think it's 18. That's when I was able to get mine. It might also depend on where you live (I live in Maine for the record).
