What could cause that?
It's under the GM Protection plan...is that covered?

it is problay the tranny acting up the first thing i would do is check the tranny fluid level, but working for dealerships 90 % of stuff is covered but the more you drive it the more damage is being done. get the fluid checked also a service engine soon light when on could also mean tranny problems

If you are within the limits of the plan it is protected, (3 years 36K miles) but first check the fluid level.

make sure the vaccum line to the tranny didn't fall off or got a leak in the hose.

I belive your valve body in the trans has a stuck valve, you need to take it in and have a valve body service done.
