First let me say how sorry I am that you find yourself in this situation.
You have 3 options:
1. Abort the fetus. If being pregnant by a rapist is more than you can bear, abortion at an early stage is a socially-acceptable answer.
2. Have the baby, but give it away. If you see the rapist when you look at the baby, you need to find a new home for the child. The child is innocent, and deserves a good home.
3. Have the baby, and keep it. If all you see is innocence in a sweet baby's beloved face, keep him or her and be their mommy.

You need to go to the police and tell them all you can remember about the rape. Talk to your parents as well and if you are still scared, find out where your nearest family planning clinic is and go there as soon as possible - they will treat you with kindness and help you!
