If the bread isn't moldy I may have a grilled cheese sandwich. I think the two week old chicken curry is a little suspect to eat for dinner. I could always put away some four year old can of Spaghetti-o with hot dog pieces already in it, but the generic brand instead.
How sad, maybe I'll just skip dinner...I had a big lunch.

Salmon, basted lightly with Vermont sauce (a blend of honey and maple syrup) and baked in the oven.
Sweet corn lightly steamed in a large kettle.
Sweet peas coated with Smart Balance vegetable margarine.
Sliced Red Potatoes gently simmered in a cast iron skillet coated with grapeseed oil.
For desert, there will be Kemps frozen yogurt with real bits of strawberry.
All VERY delicious and yet healthy too!!!!

At this point I am really not sure. My son is with his father for the weekend and will not be back in time for dinner and my hubbie is on duty at the fire station until tomorrow. Kinda sad. Cereal maby.
