Has anyone else had very painful and heavy periods since you started trying to conceive?

Ever since i have been trying to conceive and not been able to yet, my periods have been very heavy and painful. Is anyone else having the same thing happen to them? I go see my doctor next week and I will ask her but I was just wondering if anyone else is going through this.

I had one very painful, extremely heavy period in my life. I was miscarrying at 5 weeks.
