I personally believe that women are smarter because their decisions aren't driven by a mad amount of testosterone.

Although I am a woman, I am forced to admit that men are usually the smarter sex.
Most women think with the right side of the brain. This side of the brain is most responsible for creativity and emotion.
Men, on the other hand, think mainly with the left side of the brain. This side of the brain identifies mathematical patterns and logic. Men typically have a tendancy to use common sense.
Of course, this doesn't apply to every man and woman. Some women are left-brained, and some men are right-brained. I am even-brained.

I don't really believe there's a smarter sex.. Men and women I believe are complementary, since they have there are some tasks where one is more perfomant than the other and vice versa .. But both can learn......
P.S : Men are driven mad by testosterone, but don't forget that women get crazy because of oestrogenes !!!

Touchy subject, huh? Women tend to have ten percent more connections between brain hemispheres and thirty percent more intuition and true intuition is usually, or always, right. It doesn't show up much on IQ tests, but Emotional Intelligence correlates much better, than anything I know, with success in life. Read up on it to improve it. IQ doesn't realate at all. Males suppressing emotions, instead of understanding them, have emotions lead them around and they say women are more emotional. lol Of course it depends on the man. Being objective about emotions actually allows you to contact and control even deeper emotions. That type of true common sense is harder to put into word as the mind thinks in pictures, but it's vastly more powerful, especially when developed. sorry to say but men are about 4-5 iq points smarter than women. in todays politically correct times we donot hear this too often but pick up a good psychology book 30 years back on this topic and will find out. you can guess it by comparing the head sizes of women are somewhat smaller than men on an average.

When it comes down to it, men always have the upper hand when it comes to physical strength. I've met equally intelligent men and women, no more one than the other. I find men try to be witty and superior and women just try to sound sophisticated and proper, when intellectually speaking.
You also have to take into account that different people know different things, so if you have a historian and scientist in the same room chances neither of them would know about everything the other is speaking of. So neither one is smarter than the other. It's impossible to know everything.
I myself, find that a persons intelligence manifests itself from personal experience moreso than from books or research.
The smartest man is the one who learned how to fish and was able to feed himself, and his family, for a lifetime. The man who was given a fish, found that he could do nothing with it because he didn't even know how to cook it.
Basically, what i'm saying is that any man who takes care of his family, keeps a job, takes his life seriously and just tries to be a good person and is not out to prove that he is better than anyone else, is the smartest man of all, because nothing else matters. All the scientific facts in the world wouldn't be able to measure up to leading a good and decent life.
To be "good" is possibly the smartest intelligence, because if you can be good to yourself and everyone in your life, you will have a life that you would be happy with.

I think men and women are both smart. It's just some have more education and knowledge then some, but that doesn't mean that one sex is smarter then the other.

When I was single, I thought that men and women were equal...
But now that I'm married, I believe that women are much, much smarter.... Why?
Because men are inherently territorial, possessive, and must be king of the hill... Did I know this when I was single?
Yes, but little did I know then that such inborn behavior is counter-productive in most situations.

Women. Remember, it's a woman's world, men are just living in it. Nah, what I really think is that it depends on the individual. There are plenty of men that are smarter than women, and women who are smarter than men.

WRONG! Men and women are both smart. They can acomplish things that eachother cant do. Women can give birth where as men can work hard and be the provider. Each is smart in their own way
