You'll have to pick up some copies of magazines you think might be interested in your stories. After you study what they print, and search for a clue (on the index page usually, or thereabouts) as to whether they even take unsolicited material...

THEN you'll know for yourself what a good magazine for your stories is. The editors always say "Read the magazine before submissions." So we do!

Msytery could go to Ellery Queen magazine

SiFi/FAN can go to Asimov

Contemporary can go to Esquire and Adult mens mags...

There are quite a few
