click shutdown?
go to the bottom left menu and in xp click the right button, in vista click the arrow and click shut down

There arae two ways...
1. Shutdown
2. Just press the power button.

I click sleep on my pc--it wakes up faster in the morning.

you can always just push the power button if you don't want to take the long way and use the start button...then just go to bed...

assuming you are using xp, start, shutdown, turn off computer. then i would suggest brushing teeth and such then go to sleep. you poor lifeless ******.

damage your case also your monitor then shut your eyes also down then harry up to your window then jump.....................
