Make sure my wife has not turned up the air conditioner and put on my CPAP devise - say a prayer - then hope I get up in time to drink coffee and make it to work by 5:30 am - Been off from work for 5 days because of my wifes birthday... Had lots of fun going to the beach where it was cooler for the night - and Chucky can just leave your place - be safe and have fun.....! Oh - sweet dreams..........

Pull down the covers, grab a book, read a little and then turn the light off and pray for some sleep. It's been noisy around here lately. I pray to have a good night's sleep tonight.

Turn off all the lights/computer/fans [except in the bedroom]. It's a routine every night.
