*smacks head* Ok this is going to sound weird.
Yes, I lost my swimsuit while swimming..... but the thing is, I didn't have it on at the time.
Ok you gotta realize this was wayyyy back in college and we were all a bit tipsy and so yeah we all went skinny dipping in the pool and threw our suits out of the pool and they all landed on the deck. We swam for I don't know how long and we were totally oblivious to anything going on. Yes.... there were a bunch of us! Well, the ones that were not in the pool at the time all stole our suits, towels, clothes, etc. which forced us to look pretty darn hilarious as we were all slinking out of the pool once the fun was over. lol
So yes..... once I lost my suit while swimming...... even though I didn't even have it on. lol

Sure did, and am still traumatized to this day because of the incident. I was the center of attention in the middle of a pool in the middle of the day in front of half a dozen people who still remind me practically every time they introduce me to their new friends who haven't met me before.
Back when I was attending college in the 70s, I returned to my hometown one summer and taught a lifesaving course. For all of you who aren't familiar with the Red Cross course, one of the first things in the program is to learn to take a pair of pants and make a floating device out of them. Well...there I was, trying to look like the expert Water Safety Instructor my certificate said I was, and I was demonstrating the proper procedure to my class (two guys and four GORGEOUS girls). Well, I think the realization that the girls would be practically disrobing in a couple minutes was too much for my feeble mind, because I reached down, pulled off my pants, and...yup, when the pants came up to the surface, there was my BRIGHT RED SWIMSUIT in my hands, too!
Needless to say, my face was the same color that very instant, and I had a heck of a time making it through the rest of that course. I blush every time I see any of those people to this day.....

Yes! I was at Myrtle Beach, SC one year, and while I was in the ocean a big wave came up over me and crashed down on top of me. When I recovered and stood up, my bikini top had completely come off! It was 4th of July weekend, and the beach was packed too! Very embarrassing. I did receive some applause though.

It did happen to me one night at an apartment complex swimming pool. I was pretty much alone at the time and I did find it floating in the pool.
It was a cheap set of trunks. Never wore them again.

I was once on a innertube while my cousins were driving the boat, and i fell off and lost my bottoms.. so i had to use the innertube to cover me untill we got back to the beach where all our family and friends were... then i took my shorts and used that for the rest of the day... then the next morning i relized i was so stupid, i could have just used a lifejacket untill we got back to the stupid beach..
everytime we go to the beach we always carry an extra top and bottom just incase..
they always make fun of me for that day...

Yeah I was like 8 or 9. I had jumped into the deep end from the high dive and when i can up my bottoms were not on me. It was pretty embarrasing. But i pulled them back up and went back on the diving board. Fortunately I was visiting relatives who live out of state and I only knew them so no one else knew me. I laughed about it later. I think its happened to me several times. Has it ever happend to you?

Sure did - in the ocean! My bathing suit top came off after I was caught in a big wave - and it was GONE. When I tried to flag my friends to bring me a towel or something, the lifeguard thought I was signaling for help. I was REALLY embarrassed when he came to "rescue" me! What a laugh we all had!
