It is called jet lag even in a car. I have done it and sometimes for a couple of days I am in a daze lol. Kinda disoriented. Don't drive folks when you are too tired because you can nod off very quickly. In our town a very good young man, working, going to college, studying a lot and finally coming home to visit was so tired, fell asleep and his car crossed clear across the road and killed two police officers that were helping some people whose RV had broken down. So sad for everyone and could have happened to any of us overly tired people. You know when your head kind of nods and you jerk it back up to stay awake... Mmm

I did a trip from LA to El Paso Texas with my ex husband in 31 hours and I did have wobbly driving legs and when I laid down I could still feel the car.

Drove from Winter Park, Colorado to Chicago, Illinois in 17 hours straight through. My arms were sore and my hands were buzzing, my back was on fire and my butt was numb not to mentions feeling "in motion" for hours after I stopped! Was a good way to know I won't make it as a cross country truck driver!
