thinking of the problem, analyzing it...thinking whats the best way to do to solve it...after I think...(thinking and analyzing your problem makes me calm down because i already have a plan how to solve it)...then I listen to chirstian songs ( which gives me inspiration to hold on) then I cry (helps me to release all my emotions) then sleep....when i woke up, all calm down!
