Ok i had this happen.
I didn't know i was pregs.
went to the restroom thought i had started my period.
I was Bc and didn't know i was pregs.
I passed a large tissue mass.
I started shaking.
I called the OB right away.
If youi think you may have had a misscarrage then they can drw blood and check yoiu HCG levels.
that will tell them if you did.

Probably not. When there is a pregnancy, there is that pregnancy hormone which is detectable in the blood and urine (Hcg). When a pregnancy ends, eventually the hormone's presence disappears as well. If you just recently had your period, you could buy a pregnancy kit and take a test, because those test kits are designed to detect even the smallest amount of pregnancy hormone, and it's possible you might still have some of that hormone left in your body. If the pregnancy test says you are pregnant, it could indicate that you WERE pregnant recently, as well as indicate that you still are. People can have their periods while pregnant, so unless you have been told that you are definately not pregnant, but you suspect that you could have been, I would make sure you don't assume that you had a miscarriage because you have been bleeding. As I said, people can bleed and have monthly cycles during their pregnancy. If you get a positive pregnancy test, I would seek medical attention to verify or deny a pregnancy. If you want to be pregnant and are in fact pregnant, but are bleeding, you might be getting ready to miscarry. If the reason for possible miscarriage is due to not having enough of the hormone necessary to sustain the pregnancy, it is vital that you get to a doctor right away because the doctor can put you on medication/hormone therapy to keep the pregnancy going.

Believe it or not about 1/3 of all pregnancies end in miscarrage. Depending on how far along a woman is, they sure can tell because they can feel the passage of a dead fetus. Plus, they bleed a lot. This isn't period blood, but often it is rich red blood from hemmorage.
All I can say is I'm glad I am not a woman.

i am currently pregnant with my 4th and have suffered two miscarriages in between. one was at 8 weeks and the other at 7 weeks...and there was only slightly more blood loss and cramping as a normal period, both times. as a matter of fact, i only bled from 3-4 days as opposed to 5 or 6.
eveyone is different. but don't always buy the line of how there is soooooooooo much blood. don't forget that blood loss always appears to be double the true amount.
if you are soaking a pad an hour or more...you need a d&c immediatley because you are hemmoraging. with my second miscarriage, the blood test was barely positive, only because the levels had already begun to drop off. but i knew the difference just by intuition, not blood loss.

Having a degree in ECE doesn't make you an expert on obstetrics, theonyxhotel. No, most women who have very early miscarriages do NOT know.
Miscarriage is the most common type of pregnancy loss, according to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG). Studies reveal that anywhere from 10-25% of all clinically recognized pregnancies will end in miscarriage. Chemical pregnancies may account for 50-75% of all miscarriages. This occurs when a pregnancy is lost shortly after implantation, resulting in bleeding that occurs around the time of her expected period. The woman may not realize that she conceived when she experiences a chemical pregnancy.

a very early miscarrage, like before the egg implants in the uterus, is no different than a regualr period. Technically you were not even pregnant, since the egg never implanted there was no chace for life.

The dowsing wedding ring trick over the palm shows the children you will have including the miscarriages. If you do it periodically over the years, you will see what gender children were part of the plan, whether they were born or not.
I have had a couple of miscarriages and it shows along with my children when I dowse my palm. There is a difference in the angles of swing so you can see the miscarriages versus live births.

The blood is different and most times yo need to go to the hospital because of pain. If it all doesn't come out you can get an infection which could cause you to become unable to conceive another child.

It depends how early on in your pregnancy you miscarried. Obviously, a miscarriage early on could go unnoticed and mistaken as a regular menstrual period. If your pregnancy is farther along a miscarriage is more likely noticed.

Yes you absolutley would know.
If it was very early miscarriage it would be similar to a period yes.
But if it was later its very painful and its not just like a period its constant bleeding for a good while. You would need to see a doctor. The only way you may not know is if it was very very early.
