Yes, it is fake. The giveaway is their section on accreditation. They go on and on about what accreditation is, list lots of organizations which do accreditation (some of them clearly not relevant to this particular "school"), and nowhere do they actually state that they have been accredited by anyone, they just try to fool you into believing that they are accredited by writing all of this nonsense. They also talk about being registered, which means nothing - it means that they have a business license, which says nothing about their quality.
