Okay...the women who said 'castration' are very sexist. Men can be raped too. People on here think I am sexist, which is true, but the fact is those same people are sexist as well.

DEATH! as it should be for ALL forcible assault.
Shootings, stabbings, beatings, rape, ALL types of Child-Abuse, Cruelty to animals...ALL OF IT!
I'm OVER this crap; people have got to stop hurting others...and I'm almost positive the dead are NOT repeat offenders. NO comebacks there.
Okay... I'm willing to add a qualifier...PROOF, as in a confession, or a pictoral record, except when the victim is DEAD, of course...I'm seriously tired of those who think "stronger" makes it ok. SERIOUSLY. And I vote.

Tough question.........
the point is that men and women are NOT equal - you are stronger than us and rape for a women is to be physically and mentally over powered - as for a man it's mostly a mental thing
Marital rape happens everyday and is almost never even brought up by the victimized spouse. This has been going on since the beginning of time and woman usually just keep their mouths closed - - maybe divorce is the best punishment
I'm not saying its fair - but that's the way it is

Divorce. You make it more you'll open up some very scary situations.
i know some people married for money. they'd be claiming rape instead of getting a divorce.

Prison time. Rape is rape,and it is illegal. Anyone who rapes anyone should be punished. Life in prison.

Jail time, counseling....whatever it takes to either fix or kill it. If it is a one time thing there may be a chance of "fixing" it with help. If not then jail time and divorce!!
