The nearest tea that is naturally caffeine free and close to tasting like ordinary tea (ie Camellia sinensis) is rooibos tea. this is made from the fermented leaves of the Aspalathus linearis plant (Red Bush). It doesn't taste exactly like ordinary tea but is pretty close but I think has more flavour and I prefer it. In addition to being caffeine free, it is low in tannins and full of antioxidants and may promote a restful nights sleep by way of caffeic acid. This has an effect opposite to that of caffeine.
Green rooibos is higher in antioxidants, in similarity to green ordinary tea and again has no caffeine. Apart from that there are the decaffeinated ordinary teas but the method of decaffeination may be questionable and should be looked into. White tea, which is the unfermented tea of young leaves or buds of the tea plant, is lowest in caffeine of the ordinary teas.

Most other herbal teas are caffeine free. Great tasting teas include: chamomile, peppermint and hibiscus. different teas are best drunk for different requirements. Chamomile is great for a sleep aid or to help relieve anxiety and is also great for menstrual cramps. Peppermint can help ease digestive upsets, best drunk before meals. Hibiscus tea, famous in Egypt, is refreshing drunk cold on ice and may help lower blood pressure. these are just a few examples.

Sorry, abadname, you may work at Starbucks but you don't know your teas!
There is a tea from South Africa that is naturally caffeine free. It's called Rooibos or Redbush which is the phonetic way of saying the name. It's been gaining in popularity so quite a few supermarkets sell it, and recently, Tetley has started to produce it as well. I drink it every day with a spoon of honey and it is delicious.

No, there is no natural tea without caffine. There are however herbal teas (which are not from the tea plant and so they're not really "teas") like chammomile, lemongrass, and spearmint which are caffine-free. You can also find decaf black teas such as breakfast tea and chai tea at retail stores, but I'm not sure how they make those decaf.

You can find naturally decaffeinated teas.
You can also get tisanes/infusions. They're called herbal teas, but they are not really tea.
I also recommend rooibos (pronounced roy-bos), so-called "red tea." It's a South African plant that is rich in antioxidants.
