the kind made of a milk jug, where you put water and meat in it?

Try this site. I'm sure it will help you as it did me. The easiest method for me was to take that jar that they are talking about , use a simple syrup to coat the glass, add water and a drop of liquid dish washing soap. Works like a charm.

The ones I remember from childhood were simply a pickle jar with a "T" of pipe screwed into the lid.
They can also be made simply by cutting the top off a 2 liter bottle and turning in so the top is inside. Like a funnel.

Just put some meat scraps and a little water inside. They go in and don't comeout. And it just keeps itself baited with all tose old 'meat bees'.
