What are those bead crafts called that you iron on one side?

Children make refrigerator magnets out of them. I wanted to find out patterns online, but I can't remember what they are called.

A common generic term for these is "fuse beads." "Perler" is a name brand under which you may also find them. The Oriental Trading Company catalog has shapes and such to use them with. Check out their website. They often have discounts available. If you don't want as many as they sell, you can always go together with another mom of small kids and split the cost of the packet.
