Who was Teddy Roosevelts MILITARY ATTACHE
FROM THE ARMY WHILE HE WAS PRESIDENT? I can't find the answer... if u do know the right answer please list your resoures. Thank you

the one and only, Douglas Macarthur.... secretaries of war or the army are not presidential military attaches or aid-de-camps. Contrary to some of the responses here, all presidents have Presidential military attaches from each of the services....and they're NOT the Secretaries of War, Army or any other service!!

AS president; of the USA; I doubt that you keep a military Attache, as you would in the Army.. However; all things concerning war or the Military, would have gone through his friend Secretary of War William Howard Taft.And was his choosen successor, the other Secretary of War was Elihu Root. All things concerning the Military would gone through these two people first.Well after his wife of course.Quite; possible that the information you seek never gets released as its a security measure or precaution taken by the US Gov't and the Military. such things are not usually released to the gereral pulblic nor should they be....hope this helps you...

Root, Wright and Taft were the Secretary of War.

The office of Secretary of the Army replaced Secretary of War in 1946 under Truman.
