Happy Days, because it spawned Laverne and Shirley, Mork and Mindy and Joannie loves Chachi (sp). Both shows had animated versions as well. Only Happy Days has the Fonz! Heyyyy!

granted hd is great its spin-off introduced a lot of breakthroughs:great chemistry from cindy and penny, combination of slapstick and hearty humor, awesome plot and situations
simply the best!
