Oops...don't let out that your husband was in the AF when it was written, rough draft or not. The AF will claim it is their property as your husband worked for them at the time.

It may be quite valuable. Go to Southey's in NY and ask them . They are well known auctioneers.

Have it appraised and then put it on ebay or talk to Christies.
