Well it can't be negative since you can't take the square root or 4th root of a negative number.

Also you know that the root of a non-integer is not an integer.

So the first possibility is 0.

sqrt(0) = 0
cubrt(0) = 0
4thrt(0) = 0

There ya go. It's 0.

Not too difficult. If it's a square garden, then the sides are equal. The area is just Length X Width (which are the same.) i.e. L^2=24 Therefore if you want to know how long each side is, you just need to do the square root of 24. Simplest form is square root of 4 times square root of 3. Which is 2squareroot 3 . I'm not sure how to type it. If I use V as the square root sign it would be: 2V3. For Part B: You can just use a calculator now that you have the formula.

lowest==> 0
2nd lowest==> 1
3rd==> 4096

the series is actually of x^12, where x is integer.
lowest integer makes lowest x^12, so 0^12=0

4096, I'm pretty sure that is the lowest, 8^4, unless it is a trick answer like everyone else who put no thought into your question, then technically it would be 0, then 1, then 4096.
