Listen to that logical part of you. Remember that card reading is crap. There is no evidence it works at all, and grandma is likely a mystic magical thinker who is mired in that kind of belief and won't listen to reason. And for some reason, she doesn't care for you. She she "reads" into the cards what she wants to read, which is to get you out of the picture. That's all this is. And it's really rotten of her to meddle in your relationship.
What you should do is talk to your boyfriend and see where he stands on mystical woowoo belief like tarot cards. If he believes his grandma, this could be a self-fulfilling prophecy (nothing supernatural about that). If he's skeptical of his grandma, as any rational person would be, then that's great. Talk about it with him and make sure you both reject nutcase grandma's card reading and reaffirm to each other your feelings.
When it comes down to it, this relationship is only about you and your boyfriend and what you two feel. Ignore grandma completely. She's a meddling shameless nutcase fraud.

Steer clear of Grandma. There is an esoteric rule, kind of like the rule for doctors. "Do no harm." She hasn't obeyed that, and what other rule has she broken? She is a charlatan and she needs to be put out on the street to make a living from the gullible. She has tried to plant a seed or two, but don't feed it. You don't have control over your boyfriends seed though. It may be in there even after you've been married for 25 years, who knows. That is an AWful thing to say to a happy couple. I don't care if she was 100% right before. She has just lost percentage points on you and your boyfriend! Trust me!

His grandmother (whether she likes you or not) has put the thought into your head, and you might very well make it come true. If she tells you he will find someone else, you are probably going to start acting different around him - more jealous, more possesive, more distant. He's going to be turned off by your change in attitude, and the second he meets another girl, he's going to go for her. Forget what grandma said and just live your life with him, lest you yourself cause this "future" to come true.

His Grandmother doesn't like you.
I know its sneaky of her to play on your magical thinking. She is pretending that the cards have some magical property to tell the future. But think about it, how could the cards know anything? Do they have brains? Do they have computer chips? no, they are just cardboard. Cardboard doesnt talk to anyone, even your grandma.
My point is, she should be straight with you, and not pretend to be telling the future. In her experience she sees something wrong with you.
Maybe you should sit her down and have a real talk with her, and tell her to be honest about what she thinks about him and not pull the gypsy card tricks. Let her know that you are on to the fact that you don't believe in tarot cards and she needs to be honest.
It will be hard, if she makes a living with tarot cards, its likely that she doesnt believe in them, she is just a cold reader and she will fight any notion that the card reading is fake.

This is another example of how destructive a blind belief in superstition can be. His grandma is nothing but a charlatan who profits from people's gullibility, and what she did to you is shameful in the extreme, to cause you undeserved hurt like that.
Ask yourself, if you're still not convinced that card-"reading" is a fraud, how it could *possibly* work! What absurdly unlikely mechanism could function to get a personal future history from a bunch of colored pictures on cardboard?! Don't you think a claim like that actually *is* as crazy as it sounds, and that the most likely reason for its continued survival is simply wishful thinking on the part of those who fervently want to believe that magic is real?
Please think about this seriously; I hate to see anyone suffer from this sort of nonsense. Consider that "assertions made without evidence can also be dismissed without evidence" and live your own life free from lies.

You need to tell his superstitious old lady to take a flying leap.
There is nothing (beyond the power of suggestion) that will make him fall in love with another girl. It's happened to a lot of people before, but it has nothing to do with what's in the cards. You need to carry on as if she never told him this.
What a terrible thing for her to say.

Tell grandma that you just inherited ten million dollars and then have her read your boyfriends cards again.
Obviously she doesnt like you for some reason and that is her natural way of making people follow her demands, by putting thoughts in your head.
Be careful of what you believe. Make sure it is your thoughts, not put there by others. Seek the truth./

If you believe it will happen, then it will happen - belief is a wonderful tool.
Divination such as Tarot Reading was created to help us with our future's dilemmas. It is an insight of what MAY happen. It is not 100% accurate of saying what WILL happen, only what most probably can. Look at it in terms of statistics - there's a 50/50 chance that he will or wont meet her. Now that you are aware of this probable event, you have a chance to stop it. Remember, your boyfriend still has his own free will and so do you. So to help stop this event from occurring, don't argue with him about it and don't stress over it, because you have the belief that it WONT happen.
I hope I helped clarify your situation.

Granny does not like you. Get a friend (charlatan of course) to read the cards for her, and tell her she will die of cancer very soon. Then watch your boyfriends reaction. Truth will out, so stop playing with this utter garbage.
