Many copies of headshots and resumes, already attached to each other.
Demo reel, if applicable.
Map and directions to the audition location.
Cell phone and contact number. (You will, of course, have set off for the audition in plenty of time, and will be getting there early. However, if there really is some reason you're going to be late -- and we're talking about a UFO landing on the freeway here, not your getting stuck in traffic that everyone knew was going to be a factor -- it's better to call than not. This applies to everything in life.)
Your sides, and a thorough knowledge thereof.
A willingness to make adjustments as directed.
A friendly, professional, positive attitude. You're not just trying to book a specific job at this audition -- you're trying to show people that you're also someone they want to work with on future projects.
And, finally, a tin of peppermints: Suck on one for minty-fresh breath; swallow one whole to settle a queasy stomach. Also good for the rest of life. :)

A head shot, resume( be ready to do an excerpt from everything you have in your resum, sometimes they ask you to see more stuff, or you could get index card and writeany monologue you are ready to do) , please don't wear a custome, a monologue, if you are auditioning for a play find a monologue that has similar theme but id not from that play or playwrite.

headshots, a mono loge and song just in case, know the musical/play, know who the director is, get there early etc. Just, you really have to know your song or whatever you're doing for the director.
