Honestly, what's the point? Obviously a guy that stares at girls who they feel is "dressing like that" is one of the guys who will stare at anything, even paint drying. Why should the ladies have to worry about what they are wearing? If they feel good and are having a good time you shouldn't be concerned about it. Believe me, I've never met a girl or have ever seen a girl who has "dressed that way" to attract the attention of perverts, sickos or to be attacked in some way. If you cannot possibly contain yourself and feel compelled to stare that is your own hang up. Believe me, that girl on the floor or at the mall did not get dressed that day thinking she just might run into you and make you want to stare. No jokes! Jeesh. I understand that you get so messed up in your lil mind sometimes and think that it is all for you. Now, if she is confident and happy and feels good enough to dress how you deem is "like that" then she probably won't notice you looking, and may even consider a glance and a smile an extra boost of confidence....but really - don't flipping start staring like a rapist or something. That will cause some problems. Plus, I also know that when I try and look cute it isn't for my man, it is for the other ladies out there- I want to look my best so that the other ladies know that they aren't the only cute ones out. Something to that effect, but not in an evil way. Dudes do it to.

There are different kind of looks. Some are fine others give me the creeps. Yuck, it is the men, not the starring. By the way, it doesn't matter what I wear...they still stare. Some men have no class. Period.
