It has the opposite effect on me. Usually I am THE person brimming with life & exuberance & feeling like I can take on anything in the world.
But--
When I see a bright rainbow against the vast backdrop of the sky I realize jsut how small and insignificant I am in the endless universe. It reminds me to be thoughtful to others who cross the path that I call life.

I feel like singing, " Why are there so many songs about rainbows, Rainbows have nothing to hide......Rainbows are illusions that only cause confusion......Whats on the other side?............ Rainbows always bring a smile to my face, I enjoy watching children as they get excited when they see a rainbow.

We don't see enough rainbows. i love them, especially when they are do dark it is hard to miss them. One of natures more stunning displays.
