Harry, because he is much more like an average guy than William. Also, once William is King it will take the pressure off Harry a bit & he will be able to get on with his life without being watched 24/7.

Prince Harry - due to the fact that he wont have the pressure of being king. He was almost too young when his mother died and William had to deal with that more. Also him and his girlfriends will be under less scrutiny as the girlfriends wont be "future queens" hope this helps
