Try remote desktop, Start menu, All Programs, Accessories, Communication, Remote Desktop Connection.
or you can access the shared files IF you are on the same router (networked) by typing this: \\000.000.0.00 < ip address goes there.
Type that in a Windows Exlporer, or Internet Explorer

you can't, their computer has to be set to recieve such a request. The IP address only tells your computer where in cyberspace their connection is located, but doesn't let you access their files without you planting something on their PC to initiate a remote connection.

First off what is your intent once you get connected to this computer? If you have malicious intent then you are in the wrong place.
If not post back with additional info and I will help out.

While I do know how to do this, I would rather not reveal it as I don't like to promote criminal activity.
