I have an I-pod and I spend a lot of money on I-tunes. Is there a way to get cheaper downloads? Can I just download MP3's and use them, or do i have to convert them? Advice of any kind is appreciated. -Thanx

Do some research on Limewire and you will see that Limewire has crashed MANY a computer. My son does computer hard drive recoveries and has Limewire victims constantly!! I do NOT recommend it.

You might try these. We just download the files (right-click and then choose "save target as"...) to a folder on our pc then import into iTunes in order to transfer them to our iPod.

I have personally used mp3Stor for months, but have not tried the second site yet. Sites CLAIM to be legal (see Legal Info link at bottom), and are MUCH cheaper than iTunes:

http://www.mp3fiesta.com

Good luck and God bless!

Limewire...and use your virus scan after each download. Even though you downloading for free, its has a bunch of crap this slows down your computer.

There's something called free music downloading, and LIMEWIRE does that, wow, ever think of that?
