Everything about Mollies would take a small book, not a answers post lol
You can keep mollies and guppies together without any problems, but for a 10 gallon tank you should pick only one or the other as they will very, very quickly fill the tank with babies. That brings us to you question and producing young. Yes, mollies produce at least as many young on average as guppies will, often more.
How many will be happy in a 10 gallon? For mollies I would suggest no more than 6-8 and for guppies about 15.
Here's a few links with info on mollies for you:

You can put mollies with guppies, but be aware that the mollies will eat baby guppies up until they are about 3-4 days old.
A 10 gallon tank is too small for mollies unless you plan to do partial water changes twice a week. They will be very stunted otherwise. Don't get Giant Sailfin mollies, as they need a 55 gallon tank. They reproduce easily, but unless you are doing partial water changes nearly daily, they will tend to be smaller than their parents (who were raised in larger quarters). Mollies are fun and always excited to see someone (food). Just get a pair if you want to raise some babies. You'll have babies before long. If you can get a pair of females, one already pregnant, that's ideal since you'll have more than enough mollies after she has them. Mollies don't do well by themselves. They mope and then die.
I usually just had a lot of plant like material on the bottom for babies to hide in so that the parents didn't eat them. By the time they are 3-4 days old, they are generally safe as they grow rapidly.

Mollies reproduce just as fast as guppies. Yes, guppies and mollies get along just fine. The guppies, as well as the mollies, will both eat the fry until about a week of age. It's best to put the fry in a separate tank until they are large enough not to fit in the other fishes' mouths. In a 10g tank it would be good to have 4 guppies and 4 mollies. Maybe 5 of each but no more then that. Another way to not overpopulate your tank is to remember 1g of water for every 1 inch of fish!

The only problem you'll encounter, and it's up to you whether this is a problem or not, is that the guppies will eat the Mollies babies. As I'm sure you know, both Mollies and guppies have live babes, now if you have plenty of grass for them to hide in then it should be fine, the problem changes there to tank space, it can get real crowded real quick. The adults won't fight or anything though if that's what you mean. That is, as long as your male to female ratio is right, approximately 3 females to every male at least. The mollies will not eat their babies though.

My experince has been that no other fish reproduce as easily in captivity as guppies. I"ve also maintained many community tanks including mollies, neons, and other small non- aggressive fish. The genral rule of thumb for populating aquariums is an inch of fish per 1-gallon of water. For example, 5-one inch fish per gallon=the maximum population for a ten-gallon tank. Do the math and leave room to grow! Filtration and weekly partial water changes with de-chlorinated water are also required to ensure the overall enviroment. Have Fun! LT

mollies have 10-15 babies in my personal experience however you need to either remove the babies to another bowl after birth, which i think its easier to remove the parents who can tolerate changes better than the newborns. they will eat their babies otherwise. i am not sure if. or, leave a plant floating on top of the water and the babies will hide there or have the pregnant mollie put into a breeding trap that you can but at a pet shop. i am sure mollies and guppies get along. in a ten gallon tank, i would say 10 fish-15 is plenty, google it for websites

There is your link - it's a great site which will help..
There will be no probles putting them together.. and if your lucky there will not be as many babies as the mollies / guppies will eat a few... Don't worry though this is nature and it helps keep the tank healthy!!
