How can i get rid of nose marks when i wear my glasses?

i just started wearing them like half a week ago,, i already have those dark bubbles on the sides of my nose : > (

I had the same problem, I tried to fix it myself by not making them so tight, but instead, the plastic end part broke off, problem solved.
