I'll go with about 80%.
Seeing as the following major cities have all been polled at above 12% gay (San Francisco, Seattle, Atlanta, Minneapolis, Boston, Oakland, Sacramento, Portland, Denver & Long Beach), I'd say its safe estimate that the Republicans account for at least half of those percentages.
And remember, same-sex household statistics are only as accurate as those surveyed and their willingness to disclose what many consider private information.

The same as the general population, whatever that number is. The same for Democrats. Political affiliation is indifferent to sexual persuasion for the most part. Although for the most part and for obvious reasons, most homsexuals vote Democrat. Pelosi is from San Fran, think about it a second before you make any foolish inuendos.

Since 10% of the general population at any given time are gay...I'm gonna say 90% are not.

It depends. The ones who thump the bible the hardest tend to have the lowest percentage of straights. I guess you can say, they doth protest too much.
