I think that explaination makes at least as much sense as what is probably the actual "reason"...
I like it better; otherwise; we're left with the realization that Y!A is run by trolls, and all it's "answers" come from 'bots.
I just read Asuwish...My God! Maybe that IS the reason! I'm with "Flowers", I didn't get a single light blub, or tote bag, or hat, or....sigh....

It was all the power usage when you
guys asked questions. Everybody answered, surged the power in Sunnyvale and blew the fuses. LOL
It was so bloody hot here had 2 Root beer floats in honor of Billy Boy :)

That's pretty funny lmao. Honestly I think that Yahoo is ashamed of the people on Polls and Surveys and is embarrassed by this section of Polls and Surveys and that's their way of getting rid of the section slowly but surely by weeding people out one by one.
