I dont really know which system to get because first of all I already got an ipod video so i dont need any videos, music and pictures but I' really into the shooter games like grand theft auto, ghost recon games, sports, and action but im pretty much broke and I dont wanna spend $200 on a psp when I can spend $140 on a DS but the only games I would like on it is Sims, some puzzle games, and some shooter games if there is any on it. Can someone PLEASE help me??

i got both systems and I really have to say that the DS is better. They're getting better shooters here lately and is actually more functional with FPSs than the PSP. However, Sony has SOCOM which actually rocks out loud on the PSP. It's really up to you, but the "analog stick" on the PSP will piss you off at times, there should have been two of 'em. They're both pretty good systems but you should look into what games are available before you fork out your cash.

I have both and even tho the PSP is more $$$ I definitly give it more attention. DS lite is more for a younger audience I think, even though there are some fun games. PSP has more to offer in the way of the games you like to play, plus you can do more like browse the internet, download games from Sony Online, things like that. They have alot more coming in the future also.

Well, ds lite is light weight and is smaller itself. It has a bright screen and has a touch screen with a regular on the top. Psp's let u go online and have GREAT grafics. I'd have to say Psp, even though it is pricey.

first of all psps are now $160 and they can go on the internet.and if u have fimewire 3.40 for psp u can get games from of the internet for free.and psps continue to get upgrades without buying a new one.if u neede help finding a website.look for the question how can i get free psp games for fimewire 3.40.u will get tones f sites and one fimewire info u can contact me at cleevanh@yahoo.com

psp,because Nintendo is always left out on a lot of major titles like GTA's if your into shooters get a psp definably!!!
