Stalin, Hitler, Saddam, Putin and many other tyrants always love to show that they're playing with children or older people, some tyrant kissing a child and other tyrant hugs a child and other tyrant respecting old woman. why they love to act like this ?

To try to make them appear "loveable". I had a picture of Bush (jr.) in Ireland. He was holding the child in a manner that made it appear that he was using the child as a shield.
I say, don't impeach him... don't censure him... arrest him for the deaths his lies are responsible for he's a bigger murder than Charles Manson.
