and it was a faint positive, does it have to be darker? its a 5 day sooner test, thanks

even a faint line means pregnant! The farther along you are the darker the line cause you get more hcg. Take another one in a few days to be sure. Congrats.

No a faint line is still a positive. it just means you are early on and only just starting to shoe.

When i had a faint positive i went to the doctors and told i had to wait a week and retest but the line got darker

If you're uncertain take another test. Most tests will say in the directions that if the second line is there, faint or not, it's considered to be a positive! Congratulations!

No that's a posiitve. Congrats! It means you have just the amount of hormone needed to get a posiitve. If you take another in 2 days it will be darker since your levels will be higher.

No, a positive is a positive. Call your doctor to get a blood test to confirm and start taking prenatal vitamins.

I think you are pregnant. But to make sure, take another test 5 days after you miss your period.
