You've got a point. The report will indicates, " the surge is working" and there's peace through out Iraq, lots of jobs and security and continues BS to give bush a chance to declare victory!! it's just amazingly pathetic!

Bush ain't "withdrawing", the next 10 POTUS...AIN'T withdrawing...We don't have any credible threats in Germany, Japan, Great Britain, Guam, Greenland, Taiwan, Thailand, etc...and we have NOT left any of these places entirely. We DID leave the PI, but that was because the Philippines government...DISinvited us... by refusing to renew a lease THAT WE WERE TRYING TO NEGOTIATE.. The eruption of the volcano at Mt Pinatubo sealed the deal...by covering the "former base" in volcanic ash. We have only left GRENADA by choice....and that was probably because we couldn't remember what the HELL we were even DOING IN GRENADA...
